Presentation of the ALLSTARCH brand in April 2012

In April 2012 the brand ALLSTARCH was presented at the annual Bakery and Confectionary Fair in Kiev (Ukraine). Information on our native and modified wheat starches and ourVital Wheat Gluten was presented to interested visitors and potential customers from the Ukraine food industry.

Of high interest for producers of bakery and confectionary products was the additive wheat gluten as a flour improver. Experts from the industry were especially focused on the option to improve flour quality by adding Vital Wheat Gluten to products which are usually made of durum wheat flour.

A special advantage was seen in the fact, that AllStarch products can be easily blended with bakery premixes. Due to that it is easy to create new formulations which helps to cope with the high demand for new products in the Ukraine food market.

The high interest of the fair attendants was also documented by the high number of requests for cooperation in recipe development.
